Submission Guide to the Authors
Manuscript Submissions

Submissions of new manuscript means that the work has not been published elsewhere before nor under any consideration for publication in other publising agencies or under review to other Journals. The submitted articles has the common consent of all co-authors and corresponding authors are fully responsible for this. The affiliated institutes are also correct and the authors have the right to use their names. IJARI is not responsible for any claim for compensation. Change in authors sequence, addition or removal of authors will not be entertained after acceptance of a manuscript. Authors should follow good and healthy scientifc practice. No data has been fabricated or manipulated to claim original data. The text is marked with the references from where it has been taken. Authors whose name appear in the article should conribute significantly and share collective accountability.

Title page, Abstract, Keywords, Funding, Availability of data and material, Electronic supplementary Material, Conflict of Interest, Ethics approval, Consent of co-authors, Authors contributions, Heading, Abbreviations, Text, Tables, Figures, Equations, Numbering and Captions, Footnotes, Acknowledgements and References should be as per IJARI format given by the template (Sample Template).

The manuscript submitted for publication should follow the format given in the 'Sample Template', for a quick processing. The paper must be submitted as a .doc/.docx file.

After acceptance of the article the copyright form will be shared to the corresponding authors, which should be sent back after duly signed from all the co-authors or corresponding can alone signed if having consent of all co authors.

The authors should take due permissions from the repecive copyright holding authors before including them in the submission as figure and tables. Proper references should be given to avoid any over rights.

Due to COVID-19 pendemic, the timeline may vary as per the ease of reviewer time, needed for peer review.

Ethics in publishing

All authors are requested to follow the ethics of publication given by https://publicationethics.org/.

Policy and ethics

The work described in your article must have been carried out in accordance with The Code of Ethics. This statement is required to be mentioned in each article.

Conflict of interest

All authors are requested to disclose any actual or potential conflict of interest including any financial, personal or other relationships with other people or organizations within three years of beginning the submitted work that could inappropriately influence, or be perceived to influence, their work.

Submission declaration and verification

Submission of an article implies that the work described has not been published previously (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture or academic thesis or as an electronic reprint), that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, that its publication is approved by all authors and tacitly or explicitly by the responsible authorities where the work was carried out, and that, if accepted, it will not be published elsewhere in the same form, in English or in any other language, including electronically without the written consent of the copyright-holder.

Role of the funding source

You are requested to identify who provided financial support for the conduct of the research and preparation of the article and to briefly describe the role of the sponsor(s), if any, in study design, in the collection, analysis and interpretation of data, in the writing of the report, and in the decision to submit the article for publication.

Plagiarism Ethics

The authors are requested to check for plagiarism, when sending their manuscripts to the Journal. If it is a self plagiarism then add reference and citation, to it to avoid any disputes. It is the sole responsibility of the author(s) to provide a suitable citation and references in the text or permission from the original source. Plagiarism percentage are treated as the mark of quality article, thus as per IJARI policy and based on this following action are taken to make suitable decisions.

(a) The manuscript will be reviewed with an ID generated and the manuscript is accepted after reviewer feedback.

(b) The manuscript will be sent back to the author for editing and revision.

(c) Articles will be rejected without any review from the editor desk only. Authors are requested to resubmit again after the plagiarism percentage within the limit.

IJARI is committed to take care of high quality of contant published. Conflict of interest is followed as per COPE guidelines in order to maintain the quality of articles published. IJARI may use plagiarsim software to screen the submissions.
